`Tis the last Wednesday of the month - wowzers!

Sweet Sketch Wednesday has another doozy of a sketch and the DT did, as always, an AMAZING job. I would love to see you join us!! A big warm huggy goodbye to Mel, Stacy, and Erika -- it has been a pleasure working with you talented ladies.

We are being sponsored by Sweet `n Sassy Stamps:
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is a Christian digi stamp company offering a wide variety of hand drawn digital stamp designs and sentiments for the digital stamper or scrapbooker. We started out as a clear stamp company back in November 2007 and made the change over to all digital in February 2010. We have hundreds of fabulous digis to choose from starting at just $.99. Check us out at http://sweetnsassystamps.com.

The winner will receive $10 gift certificate! How awesome is that!

(Please bare with me as Blogger and myself are not getting along - if anything looks funky then you will know why)

I used Sitting Snowman and gave him a lot of fun color...

PS - Stamps

Good morning! Hope you all had a lovely weekend.

Monday brings a new challenge at Practical Scrappers: Stamps

I am more into the digi-stamps but I blew the dust off of my acrylics and put them to good use.

I used Flower Bear Sunflower. Now I have to explain something, in my head, Flower Bear has always been a Flower Lion. Not sure why, but that is what I see when I look at him LOL. I definitely turned FB Sunflower into a real lion today though:)

Now isn't my lion cute???

I used my acrylic stamp to make the patterned paper:

Card Ingredients:
Bugaboo image; Recollections cardstock; Copics; Gelly Roll white pen; Circle Nestie; Studio G baby stamp; Stampendous! White embossing powder; Offray pom poms

And before I forget to share the news:

Bee Crafty - Fluffy & Furry Friends

Good morning!! Can you believe it is the last weekend of September??? I know I can't believe it! Soon snow will be 5 feet deep and Christmas will be just around the corner!!! Can't wait! ONLY 3 months!

Thanks for all that played at Bee Crafty's last challenge. I loved visited all your fabbie creations.

This fortnightly challenge: Fluffy & Furry Friends
Use images of furry and fluffy creatures - think bunnies, bears and all things cuddly! We'd love to see you go a bit further and add fur and fluff to your images and cards. As usual you must use a DIGI IMAGE.

I used Fluffy Bunny Christmas:

This one was a little out of my comfort zone. I usually like bright and bold Christmas cards plus I used flowers on this. This is the first time I have used a flower on a Christmas card. I am happy how it turned out though.

Card Ingredients:
Bee Crafty image; Recollections cardstock; Label Nesties; Martha Stewart Swan flock; Stampendous! Crystal Snow; Copics; Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder; Primas; Dress It Up button; Recollections gems; Ms ribbon.

I made this Christmas card for the following fabbie challenges:
(I like to flip sketches when I use it that way)

Enjoy your weekend, I hope the sun is shining in your part of the world.

PS - Ribbon

Good morning all! I took a few days off from crafting and got some things done around the house. We are doing a slow renovation. I got the fireplace painted, baseboards are back up, and I did some extra cleaning. Feels so good to get that stuff done! We also spent some time visiting family - it was a great weekend. I took a four day weekend from work and today is laundry and crafting.

Practical Scrappers
has a new challenge this week: Ribbon

I tried to think outside the box and try something completely new for me. I don't know if I like this card or really, really dislike this card. Anyhoooo... probably won't try this one again... but you never know LOL! Maybe I would try just one flower and add some leaves...

Card Ingredients:
Bazzill and Recollections cardstock; Celebrate It ribbon; EK Success Elegance border punch; Martha Stewart Frond punch; RAK gems.

Thanks for stopping by everyone!! I am off to check out all of your amazing work :)
