Merry Monday 182:

Good morning all!  I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Happy last day of November!

This week at Merry Monday, Kathy has chosen the theme of using a BIRD on your Christmas card:

Isn't this inspiration photo ADORABLE!!  I do believe it is made of Fimo clay which I have always wanted to do, but figure I have enough hobbies =)

I started my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints, then added Die-namics Winter Warmth, and added the pattern with MFT Winter Warmth stamp set and a MFT Let's Get Cozy sentiment.

I created this card for the following challenges:

Merry Monday 180:

Good morning all!  I hope you enjoyed your weekend.  We had another mild sunny weekend here.  Not a drop of snow yet!

This week at Merry Monday, Debbie has chosen the theme of using a REINDEER on your Christmas card:

I decided on paper piecing instead of colouring my reindeer.  My back has been so terribly sore for the past couple of months that any shortcut I can take, I will.  But this isn't about me, it's about this little cutie pie reindeer - and did you see I put a purple jingle bell on him?  Purple!

I started my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints.  I then added My Favorite Things Jingle All The Way reindeer and sentiment.

25 Years:

Happy Sunday all!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend.

Today I am taking a small break from Christmas cards to share an anniversary card I created today for a 25th silver wedding anniversary.

I created my CAS layers (there is such a thing, right?) with my My Favorite Things Blueprints, and added Reverse Confetti Circle 'n Scallops Confetti Cuts and Love Notes Confetti Cuts.  I added an Avery Elle So Happy sentiment and lots of silver gems and sequins.

I created this card for the following challenges:

CAS-ual Fridays

Phew - I think I am going through Christmas withdrawal already *wink wink*  I better get back to my daily Christmas grind =)

Red and Sparkly:

Hi all!  I hope you have been enjoying your weekend.

I envisioned him (the new reindeer die I just bought) in red sparkle so that is what I did!  I cut him out twice in red foam, then threw some glitter and waited for him to dry completely.  While I waiting for the reindeer I put together the rest of the card.  Rather easy-peasy!  Except I spilled a big bag of sequins all over the carpet as I was fishing for red ones.  That just took WAY too long to clean up.

I started with my My Favorite Things Blueprints, then added Bo Bunny Silver Sparkle paste to My Favorite Things Large Polka Dots stencil.  The sentiment is one of my favorites, Reverse Confetti Tinsel 'N Trim.

I created this card for the following challenges:
