Merry Monday 189:

Good morning all!  I am not going to lie, last week was terrible.  Our four year old Chihuahua passed away.  She was the life our of house and she could make you smile just by coming in the room.

We miss you every day Pixie. We love you!!

This week at Merry Monday, Debbie would like to see ONE LAYER Christmas cards:

If you know my style, you know I LOVE layers.  Lots of layers.  So it took me a while to set aside all of my dies and just go bare bones.  And do you see??!  No embellishments of any sorts!  Yeah me!

I used Hero Arts Under the Mistletoe and dusted off my Copics to give the mistletoe a bit of colour.

I also created this card for the following challenge:

As always, do not forget to check out the rest of my teamies' fantastic creations at Merry Monday and come play along too!!!

Merry Monday 188:

Good morning all!  I apologize for not coming to visit your blogs for the past couple of weeks - I always have good intentions but life has gotten in the way and I do hope that things settle down here very quickly.  I am looking forward to our boring life again where nothing happens.  Just the way I like things =)

This week at Merry Monday, I would like to see a WARM BEVERAGE on your Christmas card:

With coffee being super trendy right now, I thought this would be the perfect challenge!

I built my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints (20)(13), Die-namics LLD Hot Cocoa Cups and Die-namics Horizontal Stitched Strips. The labels are from Blueprints (20)(21).  Lastly I added Die-namics Doubly Amazing.  I also used MFT Fresh Squeezed Chevron paper and Reverse Confetti Bring On The Merry sentiment.

I created this card for the following challenges:

All Sorts of Thanks:

I feel like I haven't crafted in months, but to be honest I have been working on the same card since Monday.  I really got to get my crap together and be a bit more productive.  Or be less sick, yes that's right, I am still sick.  My chest infection is gone but my cold is now at week two.  Blah!

With that being said, my life is pretty good, so no more complaining =)

I started my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints and added a Die-namics Horizontal Stitched Stripes. Lastly I added Die-namics LLD Coffee Cup and SugarPea Designs SugarCuts Thanks sentiment.

I created this card for the following challenges:

Can You Case It

Hope you all have a super fantastic Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!  Cheers all!

Fusion - 2nd Anniversary:

Happy Thursday all!  What a crazy week I have had, I feel like I am slowly losing my marbles!

We have a fantastic new FUSION challenge for you.  Not only is it awesome, but it is also our SECOUND Anniversary!!!!!  How fantastic is THAT?!?  We all got to chose a special guest to celebrate with, and lucky me, Tenia Nelson from Jazzy Paper Designs celebrated with me!  You can see Tenia's outstandingly uber gorgeous creation at FUSION.

I used both the inspiration photo and sketch.

I started my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints and then built up a flowery bouquet with Reverse Confetti Petals 'n Posies Confetti Cuts and a sentiment from Reverse Confetti Love Blooms.

Don't forget you can check out the rest of the team's creations.  Just click on their names below:

Crushed It:

Hi all!  I think I am doing too much while I have been sick... either that or I just have a sickly brain fog... or getting old...  I am forgetting too many things this past week and it's only Wednesday!

I decided to make another fun and bright card as it looks like my new go to colour is orange =)

I started my layers with My Favorite Things Blueprints and added a Die-namics Horizontal Stitched Stripes.  Lastly I added Die-namics LLD Soda Pop Bottles and My Favorite Things LLD Soda Pop sentiment.  I also dusted off my watercolour paints for this one!

I created this card for the following challenge

The Challenge

Okay, I think either I will go relax, or make another card LOL.  I haven't decided yet.  Enjoy your Wednesday - cheers all!!
